Apply here to host a Dr. Hauschka Radiant You skincare party!  As a host you must agree to the following:

~ You must invite 6-12 people (including yourself)

~ Provide the names & addresses of guests right on the application form

~ Submit a video (30 second minimum) either via snail mail on a disc or to their YouTube channel within 90 days of receiving your party sets.

**NOTE:  If you do not submit a video, you will be charged for the cost of the kits, plus s&h.**
